  • What is your pricing?

Our meal prices range from $10 to $14, with large portions available for an additional $3-4 per meal. We offer bulk discounts: 5% off orders over $100, 10% off orders over $150, 15% off orders over $225, and 20% off orders exceeding $300. We also provide various 'a la carte' options that allow for customization and bulk purchases. While tips are appreciated, they're not required.
  • What are the macros and calories?

Our regular portions contain approximately 500-600 calories with a 4/3/3 macro split. Large portions, priced $3-4 more, average 800-900 calories with a similar macro ratio. We've also introduced our Fit-2-Go (F2G) options, which are smaller meals of about 300-400 calories, maintaining the 4/3/3 macro split.
  • What is Waste Not Arizona?

Waste Not Arizona is an organization dedicated to providing food for families in need. Statistics show that one in six Arizona children face hunger nightly. We contribute to this cause by donating meals annually. You can participate by selecting the 'donate meals' option on our website. For every $5 donated, we provide a meal to this charitable organization.

We offer free pickup options for Casa Grande and Maricopa. For these pickup locations, our app provides automated arrival time updates. Please contact us if your address doesn't appear in our system.
  • What are your pickup locations for Casa Grande and Maricopa?

For Maricopa, pickup is available at 2577 Casa Blanca Rd, Chevron (Casa Blanca Market) in Bapchule, AZ 85121. Casa Grande pickup is at 2281 E Florence Blvd, (Cracker Barrel) in Casa Grande, AZ 85122. We also deliver to Tucson for a $10 fee. • How do you store your food?

Our meals are freshly prepared every Sunday and remain suitable for consumption for five to seven days when refrigerated. They can be enjoyed cold or reheated. While best consumed fresh, freezing is an option for most meals. To reheat a frozen meal, thaw it in the refrigerator overnight and microwave before eating. We advise against freezing salads. Feel free to ask us about which items are best suited for freezing.
  • Why choose meal prep?

Meal prep offers numerous advantages, including significant time savings throughout the week. Our delivery options provide convenience, and our carefully balanced, healthy meals help eliminate dietary guilt and reduce the temptation to eat out. Meal prep also alleviates the stress of meal planning, minimizes food waste, and eliminates the need for daily dishwashing.
  • Do you offer diet varieties?

Our menu clearly indicates the dietary specifications of each dish, such as gluten-free or dairy-free options. However, we don't offer customizations to menu items. It's important to note that while we cater to various dietary needs, our kitchen isn't certified gluten-free, so trace amounts may be present in the environment.
  • Do you reuse containers?

For safety reasons and compliance with federal production guidelines, we don't accept returned containers. However, we encourage customers to reuse or recycle the containers themselves. Some creative reuse ideas include using them as planters, for organizing drawers, or storing leftovers. When reuse isn't possible, we recommend recycling.
